Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of hummus
1 roasted red pepper, sliced into strips
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
2 slices of cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Spread the butter onto one side of each slice of sourdough bread. Place the slices butter-side down onto a preheated skillet over medium heat.

Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
