Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, chopped
2 slices provolone cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down onto the skillet.
Top one slice of bread with roasted red peppers and provolone cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted through.
