Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms, roasted
1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
2 slices of cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down onto the skillet.
Top one slice with the cheddar cheese, mushrooms and blue cheese. Place the other slice on top, butter-side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown and the cheese has melted through both sides of the sandwich.
Serve hot and enjoy!
