Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 cloves of roasted garlic, minced
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the slices of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
Sprinkle the minced garlic and shredded cheddar cheese on top of one slice of bread.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook for 5 minutes until the bottom slice is golden brown and crispy.
Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
