Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup roasted butternut squash cubes
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon fresh sage leaves, chopped finely
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down onto the preheated skillet.
Top one slice of bread with the roasted butternut squash cubes, Parmesan cheese, sage leaves and mozzarella cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip over to cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
