Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup of roasted butternut squash cubes
1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the slices of bread butter-side down onto the preheated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Flip the slices over and top one slice with the roasted butternut squash cubes and grated cheddar cheese.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted.
