Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup of roasted asparagus spears, chopped into small pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter side down onto the preheated skillet.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over one slice of bread in the skillet. Top with the chopped roasted asparagus spears.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown on both sides and cheese is completely melted.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
