Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
4 asparagus spears, roasted and cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons of Boursin cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter side down onto the skillet.
Spread the Boursin cheese onto one slice of bread and top with the roasted asparagus pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip over to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
