Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/4 cup of roasted artichokes, chopped
1/4 cup of provolone cheese, shredded

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the slices of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
Top one slice with the roasted artichokes and provolone cheese.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted through.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
