Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of prosciutto
2 slices of cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tablespoon of butter or olive oil for cooking
1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze for topping

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or olive oil to the pan.
Place the two slices of sourdough bread in the pan and cook until lightly golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
