Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
2 ounces of goat cheese, crumbled
4 spears of asparagus, trimmed and grilled

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices in the skillet butter-side down.
Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese over one slice of bread. Top with the grilled asparagus spears.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
