Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup of caramelized onions
2 ounces of brie cheese, sliced into thin pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Place the slices of bread butter side down onto the preheated skillet.

Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.

Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted through.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
