Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of cooked bacon
1 tomato slice
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or margarine to the skillet and let it melt.
Place one slice of sourdough bread in the skillet and top with one slice of cheddar cheese, two slices of cooked bacon, and one tomato slice. Top with the second slice of cheddar cheese and then the second slice of sourdough bread.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on one side then flip over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
