Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of cooked bacon
1 tomato, sliced into thin rounds
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice in the skillet, butter side down.
Top with one slice of cheese, followed by the bacon and tomato slices. Top with the remaining slice of cheese and then the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
