Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
1/2 avocado, sliced into thin slices
1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice (cheddar or mozzarella work well)
2 slices of tomato
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for cooking the sandwich

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or olive oil to the pan.
