Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
2 slices of prosciutto
1/4 cup of arugula leaves
1 tablespoon of butter
2 slices of cheese (your choice)

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the slices of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
Top each slice with a slice of cheese and then layer with prosciutto and arugula leaves.
Top with another slice of cheese and then the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Flip over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and crispy as well.
Remove from heat and serve warm!
