Ingredients:

2 slices of your favorite bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down on the skillet.
Top one slice of bread with the artichoke hearts and feta cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
