Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of applewood smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon of butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the two slices of bread on a cutting board. Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice.
Place one slice of bread in the skillet, butter side down. Top with one slice of cheese and the crumbled bacon. Top with the remaining slice of cheese and then the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and flip over to cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
