Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
1 tablespoon butter
2 ounces brie cheese, sliced
1/2 apple, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon honey

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down on the skillet.
Layer the brie cheese and apple slices on top of one slice of bread. Drizzle honey over the top. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Cook for 5 minutes or until the bottom slice is golden brown and crispy. Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
