Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of pizza sauce
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slice buttered side down onto the skillet and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Spread pizza sauce over the cheese and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
Grill for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Flip the sandwich over and grill for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted through.
Slice in half and serve warm!
