Ingredients:

120ml warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
7g active dry yeast
250g gluten free whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the warm water and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let sit for 5 minutes until it is foamy.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and olive oil. Add the yeast mixture and mix until it forms a dough. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Place on the baking sheet and let rise for 10 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool before serving.
