2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
120ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free whole wheat flour, active dry yeast, sugar and salt.
Add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil or butter.
Punch down the dough and shape into an oval loaf about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave enough space between each loaf as they will expand during baking.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and bottom of loafs are crisp when tapped lightly with your finger tips.
