Ingredients:

2 cups of gluten free whole grain flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine (melted)
1/2 cup of brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or margarine.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten free whole grain flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter or margarine, brown sugar, honey or maple syrup and vegetable oil until combined. Add the water and mix until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix!
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
