Ingredients:

100g gluten free whole grain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
120ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free whole grain flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a long rope about 25cm in length.
Shape each rope into a pretzel shape by crossing the ends over each other twice and pressing them down onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown in colour.
