Ingredients:

2 cups gluten
free all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with olive oil.
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, oregano, basil, garlic powder and onion powder.
Add in the olive oil and warm water and mix until combined. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet.
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly with your hands or a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
