Ingredients:

1 cup gluten
free all
purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into desired shapes and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
