Ingredients:

120g gluten free all
purpose flour
120g cornmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional)
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil of your choice
250ml milk of your choice

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with butter or oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten free all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. If using sugar or honey, add it now and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter or oil and milk until combined. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix!
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
