Ingredients:

2 cups gluten free whole grain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated cheese of your choice (cheddar, mozzarella, etc.)
3/4 cup milk of your choice (dairy or non
dairy)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or oil.
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free whole grain flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and grated cheese and mix until combined.
Slowly add the milk while stirring until a thick batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly with a spatula or spoon.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
