Ingredients:

120g gluten free whole grain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted and cooled slightly
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons milk or dairy
free alternative

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten free whole grain flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter or margarine, honey or maple syrup and milk or dairy-free alternative until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough at a time onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with your fingers. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before serving.
