Ingredients:

150g gluten free flour blend
50g whole grain flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter/coconut oil/vegan butter
200ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free flour blend, whole grain flour blend, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil or melted butter/coconut oil/vegan butter and mix until combined.
Slowly add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly and poke a hole in the middle with your finger to form a bagel shape. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased with oil or butter/coconut oil/vegan butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool before serving.
