Ingredients:

2 cups gluten
free all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until combined. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet.
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly with your hands or a spatula.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
