Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of butter (30g)
2 tablespoons of brown sugar (30g)
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (5g)
1/4 cup of raisins (50g)
1/2 cup of gluten free flour (60g)
2 teaspoons of baking powder (10g)
1/4 teaspoon of salt (1.5g)
2 tablespoons of milk (30ml)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until combined. Add in the raisins and mix until evenly distributed. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, baking powder and salt until combined. Add in the milk and mix until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into an 8×8 inch square. Spread the butter mixture over the top evenly and roll up into a log shape. Cut into 8 equal pieces and place in the greased baking dish cut side up.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center when tested with a toothpick or knife tip inserted into one of the buns comes out cleanly with no wet dough attached to it.. Allow to cool before serving warm or at room temperature with your favorite toppings such as cream cheese frosting or icing sugar glaze if desired! Enjoy!
