Ingredients:

2 cups gluten
free all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons flaxseeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds until evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk and olive oil until combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix!
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly with a spatula or spoon. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
