Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
120g gluten free flour blend (such as Bob’s Red Mill)
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, rosemary leaves, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour blend and baking powder. Add the warm water and mix until combined. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet or dry.
Transfer the dough to the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly with your hands or a spatula. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over top of the dough and spread it out evenly with your hands or a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center when tested with a toothpick or knife tip inserted into the center of the focaccia bread. Allow to cool before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
