Ingredients:

200g gluten
free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 220°C.
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each ball out into a thin circle about 15cm in diameter.
Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
