Ingredients:

1/2 cup gluten
free flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 tablespoons warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the olive oil, yogurt and warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and place one of the ovals onto it. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown spots appear on both sides of the naan bread.
Repeat with remaining oval of dough and serve warm with your favorite curry or dip!
