Ingredients:

200g gluten free flour blend
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
7g instant yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
150ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free flour blend, sugar, salt and instant yeast.
Add in the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and shape each piece into a baguette shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
