Ingredients:

120g gluten
free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for brushing the flatbreads
60ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll each piece out into a thin circle on a lightly floured surface.
Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush each one with some extra olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
