Ingredients:

2 cups gluten free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water
2 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece out into a thin circle on a lightly floured surface.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add one of the flatbreads to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through. Repeat with remaining flatbreads.
Once all of the flatbreads are cooked, brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic before serving.
