Ingredients:

120g gluten free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
60ml milk of choice (dairy or non
dairy)
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter/coconut oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten free flour blend, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add the milk and oil/butter/coconut oil and mix until combined.
Grease a muffin tin with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
