Ingredients:

200g gluten
free flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
120ml almond milk (or other non
dairy milk)
60ml vegetable oil or melted butter/margarine
Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add the almond milk and vegetable oil/butter/margarine and mix until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick. Cut into triangles about 8 cm wide at the base and 10 cm long at the top.
Place the triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
