Ingredients:

120ml of milk
1 egg
60ml of vegetable oil
150g of gluten
free cornmeal mix
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a 9-inch round cake tin with butter or oil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and vegetable oil until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the gluten-free cornmeal mix, baking powder and salt until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
