Ingredients:

150g gluten
free flour blend
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
100ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, sugar, active dry yeast and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil or butter.
Punch down the dough and shape into an oval shape on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and crusty on top. Let cool before slicing and serving.
