Ingredients:

2 cups of gluten free flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the gluten free flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the olive oil and honey and mix until combined.
Slowly add in the warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape into a round loaf or braid it into a traditional Challah shape.
Place the loaf onto a greased baking sheet and brush with an egg wash if desired for extra shine and flavor.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving with your favorite toppings or accompaniments!
