Ingredients:

1 cup gluten
free all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
3/4 cup buttermilk or milk of choice

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8×4 inch loaf pan with butter or oil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together the honey or maple syrup and olive oil or melted butter until combined. Add the buttermilk or milk of choice and mix until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix).
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and serving.
