Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 cup sugar or honey
2 eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups gluten
free flour blend

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or coconut oil.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the melted butter or coconut oil and mix until combined.
Add the sugar or honey and eggs and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon with the gluten-free flour blend and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined – do not overmix!
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
