Ingredients:

1 cup gluten
free all purpose flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
3/4 cup warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with olive oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the olive oil and honey or maple syrup (if using) and mix until combined.
Slowly add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but not too wet. If it’s too wet add a bit more flour until it’s the right consistency.
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly with your hands or a spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through in the center when tested with a toothpick or knife inserted into the center of the loaf. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
