Ingredients:

200g all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
120ml warm water
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, olives)

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Stir until combined.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil.
Once the dough has risen, knead in the minced garlic until evenly distributed throughout the dough. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a rope about 8 inches long. Tie each rope into a knot and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each knot with melted butter and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top each knot with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, mushrooms or olives). Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot!
