Ingredients:

200g seitan
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the seitan into small cubes.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Dip the seitan cubes into the flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
Add the seitan cubes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite sides or sauces!
