Ingredients:

8 ounces of fresh oysters
½ cup of cornmeal
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying
